My medical is in exactly one week at woking medical here in vancouver. I was looking back on the woking medical site and misread something. I already made my appointment but misread this on there site:

"11.WAIVERS

If you have EVER been refused entry into the U.S.A. OR if you have received notification from Homeland Security to obtain a

Waiver to enter the U.S.A. due to a previous conviction, it is essential that you D O N O T F I L L O U T T H E F O R M B E L O W . Please email us brief details about your situation, and we will send you specific instructions to ensure the most

efficient handling of your case. Filling out the form below or failing to declare that you were refused entry, will create lengthly delays and unnecessary additional expense for you. For questions, please contact: vancouverniv@state.gov."

I have actually been denied entry into the USA once. Ive never actually been there, but the one time I tried to go and visit my fiance, i was denied for not having enough ties to canada and was refused on the plane. I know i dont need a waiver, but i was refused from that incident before and i hae never attempted to go to the USA since.

I already made an appointment with woking when clearly it said dont fill out the form and my appointment is in 7 days.

what do i do!!!!

please help!

Am I misreading perhaps? Why does the medical place care whether you've been denied entry to the US (unless it was for medical reasons?). I just don't see how it's any of their business (after all, they're not issuing the VISA!), perhaps someone can enlighten me?

They only care if you were refused entry into the US due to a criminal conviction. They charge more for examining people who have convictions and they only do it on certain days.

This does not apply to you.
