Hey guys,

We recently received our 10 year green card and are moving next month--do we need to file a change of address form? My assumption was no but husband is worried they may need to keep tabs on him since he's not a citizen yet. Anyone know?

Sorry but you are still a green card holder and by law you are REQUIRED to notify USCIS of change of address when you move. The USC should also send in forms updating the address.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.
