I had my I-751 returned because I forgot to have my spouses sign part 7. I also had the money order returned. Just wonder what I have to do now. Do I fill in the missing signature and repost the same application with a new money order? or do I have to complete a new application with a new money order?

Ours was sent back too, we simply resubmitted the same petition and added what we needed to it. We even resubmitted the same payment

Great, thanks. I just thought given they had sent the money order back stapled with a corresponding letter to the bank for reimbursement, that I would have to get a new one. So just send that back too?

They always return check/money order. Happened to stupid me with K-1 and ROC. Never lost my place in line as far as I can tell.
