If you are approved, USCIS will send you the NOA2 and will forward your case to the NVC and from there it goes to the embassy. Your fiancee will receive package 3. Package 3 will tell her what she has to do and gather on documents. But you can already start with everything...just go to the embassy info (Mexico, if I'm correct!?) or go to the embassy webpage.

Yes, there are more forms. I think there are additional forms that the petitioner has to fill out (134? proof of income ) and there are some for the beneficiary as well. Since nobody answered this, I am bringing it up but I will be researching this more over the next few weeks as I don't know completely mysself. Maybe someone else can comment on this that knows more about it but I am sure you do have more paper work to fill out.

Mexico doesn't really have a 'packet' 3. It will just be a letter. This will act as your invitation letter and instructions, which point you to websites. You will need this letter when you go to your appointments in Juarez. It will come to both, only the USC or only the beneficiary. You only need one copy of it, so the USC might need to scan and send it to Mexico.

Here is the link to the 'packet' for Juarez. You can print it out and read through it to know what steps you need to take, appointments to make and forms to fill out: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/ciudadjuarez/231771/PDFs/K1%20PACKET%20COMPLETE%20_July2011%20UPDATES_.pdf
