The lawyer emailed me the electronic copy of what they received. Its a scan copy and hence doesnt show the actual color of the document. The top right of the doc says 'I-797, Notice of Action'. Is there any other way to identify if its the original NOA or the copy?

I can't be certain with the I-751 but I had requested a copy of a NOA during the I-129 and when I received this it listed that it was a copy of...should be listed under the type of paperwork filed (I later found the original and compared the two).

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Sorry I wasn't online to update our list today! Thank you, Saska+Tim for updating it for me :)

I just got home from the Secretary of State to get a new State ID. My GC expires in April and I brought the NOA1 extension letter with me, I explained that we had a pending application with the USCIS for the 10-year GC. They did the SAVE check and I asked the lady and it looks like I'll be getting a State ID valid for 4 years ^_^ - I have my temporary ID for now and should have the actual card in the mail within 30 days so we'll see if they do give me the 4-year one...

I know what you mean! haha. There are days when I don't even want to login because I keep checking threads to find some idea of the current processing times... issues with RFEs... stuff like that.

I hope you get your Biometrics letter soon!!! It'll probably come when you're not expecting it ;) It was a total surprise when I got mine in the mail - I thought it was the AR-11 confirmation notice (they never did send me one) because we filed a paper form AR-11 a few days after we filed the I-751 (because we wanted to make sure they had our new address - we originally submitted the AR-11 online but they still sent the I-751 reminder to our old address).

We received hubby's biometric letter in the mail today. It's the same location he did the AOS one at. For the AOS one, he did an early walk-in. Do you guys recommend doing an early walk-in this time or should he just wait until the date?

The biometrics notice date is 01/27/2012, and the appointment is on Feb 24, 2012.

Visa Journey completed, but we are still here to provide support! :)
