Generally they ask for case number that was assigned by NVC it starts with ISL.....they ask names and birthday of both beneficiary and patitioner.

Update about Our case:

My Congressmans office got back to me today and our case was received by NVC on August 29th and they forwarded it to CSC. (No text message or email received from NVC nor a NOA1)

She is inquiring now with CSC to make sure they have it and will let me know. She gave me a time line of about 6 months. In that time we should receive a letter which states why they denied the visa. We then will have 30 days to prove our case.

I feel they are going to say our marriage is not valid because of my conversion to Islam and by past marriage. Needing some information regarding a Muslim woman who doesn't wait the time to remarry after a divorce (Non Muslim previous marriage). If anyone can help me with this subject please contact me. I do not want to put my personal life on here so pardon for that. Otherwise I am in need of a Muslim Attorney who knows the Islamic Law regarding this issue.

I am sorry I have not been around. Times are very difficult so please keep us in your prayers.

Update about Our case:

My Congressmans office got back to me today and our case was received by NVC on August 29th and they forwarded it to CSC. (No text message or email received from NVC nor a NOA1)

She is inquiring now with CSC to make sure they have it and will let me know. She gave me a time line of about 6 months. In that time we should receive a letter which states why they denied the visa. We then will have 30 days to prove our case.

I feel they are going to say our marriage is not valid because of my conversion to Islam and by past marriage. Needing some information regarding a Muslim woman who doesn't wait the time to remarry after a divorce (Non Muslim previous marriage). If anyone can help me with this subject please contact me. I do not want to put my personal life on here so pardon for that. Otherwise I am in need of a Muslim Attorney who knows the Islamic Law regarding this issue.

I am sorry I have not been around. Times are very difficult so please keep us in your prayers.

Just keep pushing forward and don't give up. All you can do is continue to make inquiries at this point and be prepared for any additional evidence to send. You are the voice for your case so shout it out loud to them!!! Best of luck and my prayers are with you!
