I have decided to go to pakistsn in august. With or with out the immigration process being finished. I can't stand not to see my wife anymore. Inshallah the visa will be approved while I'm there.

I understand that feeling wish i could also go today.. if i could i would...Have a safe and wonderful trip... and I don't think I have you on our tracker but if you want us to add you I can. I just need your information... CR1 or IR1? Obviously female beneficiary and date of interview

Unfortunatley my daughter had a bad set back last night with her brain tumor ..She is ok this morning but not without lots of medication and praying ..... now this process is feeling it has truly failed us. But we remain strong and faithful that in the end our family will be together!!!

Done... Hang in there the AP for women normally isn't near as long as the men.. you prob will hear some good news fairly soon and have a safe journey to pakistan!!!

Thank Eabbas..I wish all of you get your visa soon and we will have some party ;) and trust to ALLAH that everyone from Pakistan will be cleared soon...

I request you all to pray for my visa as well so that I can celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband on sep 23, 2012 ...my first wedding anniversary:)

Received letter from congressmen today pretty much stating that they contacted the state department and my Case is in "administrative processing" (nothing I didn't know). And that the they will be kept up to date on the process of my case as things change.

Was wondering if there was anything more they could actually do?

Received letter from congressmen today pretty much stating that they contacted the state department and my Case is in "administrative processing" (nothing I didn't know). And that the they will be kept up to date on the process of my case as things change.

Was wondering if there was anything more they could actually do?

All they can do is make inquiries letting the embassy know their office is watching the case

There isn't much more they can do

Just keep on top of them getting inquiries made

Hi all vj fellows

I have been following this thread from quite sometime and pray for everyone; specially for eabass u r such an inspiration me and my husband pray for ur husbands visa.

My husband had his interview last year July 5th 2011 and case is under Ap since then first ap closed on 15th of Dec and second started 27th Dec and still open today my husband received a call from Embassy to submit his medical and ds230

I don't understand last time I called Dos they said the embassy is actively working on my case

My question is are they only asking for documents because they expired or they might be reviewing it for decision

Pls reply any response will be appreciated

my sister in law applied for b1/b2 and it was denied , any idea when she can reapply and any chances of getting it after initial denial ? They only asked couple of question if she has any relatives in usa , whicj she said yeah have two brothers.and asked when she plans to come back and she said asap.

They dont' request this information unless they are finishing the case.. so it looks like you should have good news very soon!!!!

I wouldn't do it so soon after the denial.. have her gather information and documents to prove she will come back and over the course of about 6 months maybe try again. If she emails her family about the trip have her use that too... it should show how long they want her to stay and how she has to come back to her own life in pakistan...

4th Medical submit :26th Feb 2014 Result :Got email reply from embassy that they will call me for finger prints and oath ..and still waiting Got call for finger prints and oath

Hi all vj fellows

I have been following this thread from quite sometime and pray for everyone; specially for eabass u r such an inspiration me and my husband pray for ur husbands visa.

My husband had his interview last year July 5th 2011 and case is under Ap since then first ap closed on 15th of Dec and second started 27th Dec and still open today my husband received a call from Embassy to submit his medical and ds230

I don't understand last time I called Dos they said the embassy is actively working on my case

My question is are they only asking for documents because they expired or they might be reviewing it for decision

Pls reply any response will be appreciated

Can you tell me how you able to get that much info on your case? Because whenever I call the embassy or DOS they just say it is in AP.
