And idk about you guys but they have not replied to me and i sent an inquiry more than a week or two ago...

Dear Sir/Madam,

A search of our files has revealed no record of a visa case under this name. The information provided in your inquiry should have allowed us to locate this case. We can assist the applicant only if his case is transferred to us for processing.

The immigrant visa process has two major parts. The first is the filing of the petition with the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS, formerly called INS). The petitioner, usually a family member or a prospective employer, files the petition. It is filed for the benefit of the "beneficiary,” who is the person who wishes to immigrate. If USCIS approves the petition, it is then sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). Once the priority date of a petition becomes current, NVC then forwards the petition to the relevant Consular Section for immigrant visa processing.

If the present case has not yet been transferred to us by NVC, we will have no record of it. To locate this file at NVC you may write or call:

Call 202-663-1225 press 1 then press 0 and ask the status of your case

Make sure you have the right case number from nvc and embassy. Do not use the receipt number from USCIS

well i did wrote to Islamabad embassy the thing is that i was interviewed in Dublin Ireland and was then transferred to Islamabad that's why no case number i just got an e mail from then 4 months ago telling me that i am in ap i did mention my reference on the receipt that got got when we file the petition

Well... this week we had some good news for Foreverlove... we are at the weekend and altho I do know you can't put the AP out of your mind ... at least try to relax for two days since there isn't anyone we can contact or anything we can do until Monday... then we can start it all over again. Enjoy your loved ones... remain steadfast and happy in the warmth of their love for you and your love for them... Know that this coming week we will see another AP come to an end... INSHALLAH

Insha Allah, Sister your visa is next, you know I still can’t believe that I have got the visa, these nine months were so hard. And what I have come to know, if they say it’s still pending that doesn’t mean your processing has not completed yet, as when I called on 24th Feb, and DOS said it’s pending, then on Monday 27th Feb, I sent email to ISB consulate on their new link, I received response very next day,This was very unusual as they never respond in less than 12 hours the content of email was, your case is in final process and check back in couple of weeks, and then on 29th Feb. I called to DOS and a lady told me that congratulations your visa has been issued on 28th Allahamdulillah, so printing visa and all other things are in the part of this thing, so Insha Allah, I am praying this week is your week and all others who are waiting will hear soon, Insha Allah.
