Seems like previous month was slow, no one was issued visa, Last update on my case was on 12-April-2013. Allah will help us all Inshallah. Keep praying

Salam.usman bhai i m new to this forum. I want to ask a question that if u r in administrative processing?when was ur interview? What do u think the reason about administrative processing?

Alhamdulilah Got my Passport today with Visa - 5 Years ( B1/B2 ) after 1 year & 20 days in AP.

I had yet another updated date on one of the 5 cases in our file today. the rest remain static :/

Called the DOS(they're changing their number after September 6th: 202-485-7600), the lady seemed better than the usual operators i get. She said the case is UNDER-GOING administrative processing and it IS being worked on. And its the first time that Ive got a DOS operator telling me that theyre doin the name checks and all. Normally they just keep saying administrative processing.

My husband received a letter from embassy requesting to resubmit his expired medical report after 18 months in AP. Is this good news? Does this mean they maybe ready to issue the visa

they had asked from me also after a year from interview. but there another year going on .. no response from embassy

Fiancee called DOS on friday rep said congratz ur visa issued called again 2nd time then rep said AP called again 3rd time then rep said visa has been issued on June 13th and some representative dont look at K-1 visa screen so 2nd representative may have said AP in misunderstanding. Today june 18 still no call from Amex any idea ???????? Is DOS reliable or not i am in a dilema.

Dear i am also in Ap from last 3 years and i sent fresh documents 3 times on embassy request and still waiting.....
