Please think of all the possible consequences before acting.

Last year when the Pakistani government decided to stop the US Military from passing through to get into Afghanistan all of us that had interviews that week were DENIED without any just cause. Every single one of us that are on here at least, and when our spouses were at the Embassy they said that everyone was being denied.

At least now you have hope and possibilities. Trust me when I say that the wait, the worry, the work and the expense are far much more if someone is denied. Are you willing to take the chance that the only way you can be together with your loved one is if they move to Pakistan?

I'm not telling you not to do something that you feel needs to be done. I just want to put a differnet perspective on it in a friendly and caring way.

I wish you the best with whatever you decide.

I feel you are already being denied living with your spouse and ability to have children and LIVE when AP is over 6 months.

But the choice is yours

Stay silent or use your voice.

What have you done since the denial?

Did you contact congressmen, senators or are you just waiting patiently for the NOIR/NOID?

Before the interview did you write any political leaders and you think that is why you were denied or is it that everyone was denied because of the political unrest between USA and Pakistan?

You are telling people the Democratic USA will not let them in if they use their voice but you have no facts, except you were denied, but you did not use your voice and that is not the reason for your denial...

I really hope you have used your voice since your denial and asked the embassy for the Diplomatic Pouch Number so they will send it back to USCIS in a hurry when they know you have some knowledge of the procedure. And also your congressmen performing a congressional inquiry helps hurry things along because it is the congressmen who grant money to go to foreign embassies so the embassies do not want to upset the congressmen who are able to vote who to give monies to.

My heart hurts for you. You have been married a long time and you should be with your love. I hope it gets reaffirmed soon and you are together soon.

I just call U.S. Department of State of they told me that my case is still under Administrative Processing... they told me to send an email to embassy about it they will update my case online again

I send an email to embassy and now i am waiting for replay back from us embassy in pakistan this is so confuseing and sad
