Hello guys! I've been reading posts here for quite some time now, since we are already in 90 day frame of time to start processing ROC ( GC expires on March 3, 2012). I just wonder why a lot of people are sending their paper works last minute, some of are just week apart before their GC expires.

Is it too early to send our packet now? unsure.gif

Seems like there is a confusion, I think my 90 day period starts on December 4.
