Good day everyone!

I had my interview today and everything went fine and smooth [THANK GOD!] from the pre screener to the CO.

After the consulate interview I just heard "basically what we need is an employment letter from the company where your husband work" and she said "you can go now and wait for the instructions" and they called me again and gave me a paper indicating that I must submit an employment letter.

:help: My questions are:

Is that mean I am approved?

What if my husband has a new work and not working in that place anymore?

Thank you very much for your help and advice in advance.

Kindly help us (F):(

New job is fine, the letter will state yearly income and if your above the 125% poverty level for size of your family you should be ok. I take that your husband submitted 3 years of income tax for the i-864?

I guess you just need to submit the employment letter and wait for their decision. God Bless! :)

I am assuming they kept your passport. They want the employment letter submitted and once they do that, they will begin processing your visa.

I am just curious why you did not have the employment letter in the first place. At any rate, I think you're looking good as long as you provide

them the employment letter ASAP. Good luck!

Thanks for that my friend. I told my husband bout it but he said pay stubs are fine. This is difficult sometimes when they think the process are easy as 123. But I know there's a reason why this happen. God bless you sis. (F)(L)

PS. they kept my passport.
