please i need an advice

hello there

my wife in the us she applied my pappers on the 29 of august and our noa2 dated on 6 september

but she didnt sent any evidence like pictures phone logs and skype conv. etc

we have all of this we have more then 500 photos and we have a dvd for our wedding party here in lebanon

my question is i read some topics they got an RFE because they didnt sent evidence for relation ship

so i can do something or just sitt and wait for the RFE???

my question is i can send photos and phone logs tomorrow monday or i have to wait this from theme

hope any one can help me in this thanks

Don't send anything without an RFE.

It is unlikely that you'll get one, the other case is unusual. Do bring all that stuff to the interview, but not the DVD, they won't be able to view it.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I agree with Penguin, you will likely not receive an RFE for such items. If you want such items to be in the file prior to the interview taking place, then your wife can send them with the DS-230 package. Be aware that doing so will likely slow down processing at the NVC. Also, don't bother with the DVD, it will not be viewed.

September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

Application changed to five year as mark reached while waiting for interview

Passed civic test and interview recommends approval !!!

10-30-2014 - NOA hand letter stating recommendation for approval and wait for letter of approval and oath
11-13-2014 - Case Status updated "We scheduled your oath ceremony"

11-14-2014 - NOA letter final interview and oath Tuesday 11-25-2014

11-25-2014 - Final red tape and oath ceremony Columbus, Ohio Officially a US Citizen!!!

- Applied US Passport at local post office

08-2016 - Received 10 year Q2 visa to visit China as a US citizen
