We are excited, and also nervous because our CR1 is still pending, not sure what we need to do at this point. But we are very happy!

03-07-2012 Appeal Filed!
01-20-2013 Contacted Ombudsman again...

Well, what should we do? Do we have to notify USCIS that she is preg, or wait until after the baby is born ?

Congratulations! :thumbs: I went to your blog, and those things you thought were some sort of jelly in your tea are tapioca pearls. You can usually find them around Chinatowns or Thai restaurants here in the U.S.

USCIS will play no part in your petition, un-less your not the biological father. If the child is born in the PI before your SO's visa is granted as the bio father you must fulfill all of the requirements for CRBA (CONSULAR REPORT OF BIRTH ABROAD) for the child before he/she enters the U.S.

Getting pregnant is a matter of choice. Either a couple wants to conceive, or they choose to be protected and use birth control. Yes, its hard when one set of glands are calling out to another. But ultimately, you have a choice of having unprotected sex with each other. So it is a choice for all of humanity. Sperm meets egg is a predictable outcome and no surprise. Congrats on your choice. :star:

02/18/2011 - Engagement party with relatives - propose in Visayan.

02/24/2011 - K-1 packet sent.

09/18/2011 - POE, Viva Las Vegas, Baby !!!!! Home to Phoenix.

12/10/2011 - Official Wedding

07/05/2012 - Princess Rose born.

07/07/2012 - AP/EAD received.

07/17/2012 - AOS passed. (Birthday for Mama Rayos)
