(L) Starting the new thread for us guys. Hope the end of this year brings us lots of happiness and love. Looking forward to naturalization for Farid and then hopefully a trip to Morocco. With Gods blessing of course and not having any problems ever with immigration. We have truly been blessed from above. I am so grateful to my friends and family for everything as well. Happy December and happy holidays to evereyone :) I am starting my fiance's petition the middle of the month, so I hope Dec is a good month to file, lol

December is here and I am so blessed that one year ago yesterday we celebrated my husband entering the U.S. It has just flew by so quick and now one year later we are soooooooooooooo happy. Our lives have been blessed for sure.

This is our first christmas together and even tho we are muslim we are celebrating the day as a happy day to celebrate with others. I have a happy little tree a decorated, my first since i converted. Have a happy and wonderful holiday to all, and may all your visa issues go fast. We are still waitig the resulting for our interview.

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Sent I-130 petition Sept. 27th, 2011 for CR-1 Visa.

Make sure your trays and seat backs are in their up-right positions, its going to be a hell of a ride on USCIS Airways.

Getting all things together for ROC. Just ordered the tax transcripts for 2010. Ugh, can't believe it's starting up again! Hopefully soon we can do away with all this USCIS stuff!!!

Hi, hope you guys are doing great :star: We are also putting our ROC package together, ours is due before March 6. Two years went by pretty fast, we are doing great, Ahmed adjusted to living here without any issues, he blended in just great and has been working ever since the 2nd month he arrived. He just is so sad to see the state Egypt is in these days and thankful he's doing well here so far.

About the transcripts, does anyone know if USCIS requires tax transcripts only, or can we submit the original 1040 tax return (I use turbotax). We always file our taxes immediately and we will include our 2011 tax return in our ROC package.

05-04-09 - I-130 Sent

12-13-09 - INTERVIEW PASSED (Qatar)....Spent 12 weeks in AP

03-03-10 - VISA IN HAND :)

03-06-10 - AHMED COMES HOME :)

03-12-10 - SS# card received

03-19-10 - GC received

05-15-10 - First job

06-01-11 - Better job!

03-2012 - Started our business

Removal of Conditions/10 yr GC

02-15-12 - Sent I-175 ROC

07-17-12 - approved!....card production ordered!!!!

07-21-12 - 10 yr card arrived in mail :)

03-2013 - Apply for Naturalization
