02/23/2012 Interview Date (Passed)

02/27/2012 Oath scheduled - got email that letter was mailed.

03/16/2012 Oath Ceremony.

03/23/2012 Passport application mailed by usps, normal processing

04/09/2012 Passport received!

04/13/2012 Certificate of Naturalization received in the mailbox! Done with USCIS Yaaaay!

:dance: just passed may interview.the officer just ask me 2 questions and didnt ask for any papers from me.he said that theres no problem in my application.i tried asking if i could have the oath taking on the sameday but its not possible.so ill just have to wait then.good luck guys.hope all our interview will me smooth and all of us will pass and be a citizen soon...

Got this update online:

Your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION is now scheduled for interview. You will receive a written notice with a time and place for your interview. You should receive this notice within 14 days. If you do not receive this notice within 14 days from February 27, 2012, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

got this up date 2 days ago ,

On February 28, 2012, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was placed in line for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a written notice with a time and place for your interview. Please check the website for further updates on your case. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Finally some activity in my case, hope to receive interview notice within a couple of weeks,

Hi, I did my early bio on 1/12/12 and have not heard anything but yellow paper from them. When should I contact USCIS. I have vacations on 5/27/12, international flight, do you think I am going to make it?

Under normal situations I would think indeed you should be able to make it, they say it takes maximum about 5 months to do the citizenship process. But, like you, I haven't heard anything since a long time and I am really starting to wonder why :(

Passed the interview, but then they asked for evidence that state benefits were not taken during absence from the country. Did not know that it was needed, but paid back the benefits. Now when the evidence of payment is submitted, it will be checked by the interviewer and their supervisor. Why did they not ask for this evidence before the interview which could have saved time? A moot point at this time, but hopefully they can quickly move to resolution and oath. But was told that the checking could take few weeks?

2007-11-10.....Marriage in Ecuador

2008-01-11.....I-130 Sent

2008-04-28.....I-130 Approved

2008-05-02.....NVC Received

2008-08-20.....Case Complete at NVC

2008-10-14.....Interview--221g, asked to present joint sponsor inspite of NVC approval

2008-11-07.....Visa due to arrive. DHL truck delivering visa was robbed, Consulate required us to present I-864s and DS-230 again, had to get a new passport and other related documents

2008-11-14.....Presented all new documents in person at Consulate, visa printed same day

2008-11-25.....POE Atlanta

2008-12-26.....Green Card and 2nd Welcome Letter arrive

2010-09-02.....Date of NOA ROC 1-751

2010-12-13.....Approval of ROC

2011-01-12.....10 year Permanent Resident card arrived

2011-12-20.....N-400 Application mailed

2011-12-29.....NOA

2012-02-02.....Walk-in biometrics (appt was for 2/16)

2012-04-17.....Interview

2012-05-18.....Naturalization Ceremony

Did you file right at the start of your 90 day window? Maybe they are waiting for some technical date to pass before they schedule your interview...
