2011 is almost over. Does anyone know exactly When USEM will require 2011 ITR for K-1s????

NOA1 Notice Date:May 4th 2011

NOA 2 txt/ email on july 18th 2011

NOA 2 received in Mail July 20th dated July 18th 2011

NOA2 in "74" days!

NO RFE

Medical Cleared on March 23rd 2012

Interview Date:April 16th, 2012......PASSED

Arrival Los Angeles California: July 7th 2012.

Marriage September 7th 2012 at San Bernardino County Hall of Records

Nope- not exactly but.... April 15th is the magic date here for filing taxes, unless some gets an extension... I would guess most anytime after that.

Of course if you have your 2011 returns available I would think they would accept them.

Nope- not exactly but.... April 15th is the magic date here for filing taxes, unless some gets an extension... I would guess most anytime after that.

Of course if you have your 2011 returns available I would think they would accept them.

you should be able to request a print out now from his irs office.

if I was in that situation, I'd include a copy of form 4868 ( extension). I'd also be sure to have proof of 2011 income, such as a W-2 form.

not sure what you mean. tax transcripts are only available for previous tax years.

Yea Tax transcripts are only available for previous years. I just wanted to get an idea of when 2011 ITR is required? I guess Like Hank says, After April 15th??? I have my 2010 ITR :thumbs:

What does it means? So tax returns from 2010 will still be accepted after April 15 or tax extension will be included also?

They will not require 2011 until after you file, which can be as late as October 2012 with extensions.

July 05 2011- form I-129f sent by mail

July 12 2001- NOA1

July 14 2011- Touched

November 29, 2011 - NOA2

January 13, 2011 - Eligibility Letter Received

April 16 2012-Medical appointment-PASSED!

April 27 2012- Interview-PASSED!
