if anything i would say you have far too much as proof of ongoing relationship doesnt seem to be asked for in london anymore. but there is nothing wrong with taking way more than you need so.. my only advice would be to organise it all so that it is easy to find. if you read the embassy reviews then you should get an idea of the order things are asked for.

you could paperclip certain things together but i wouldnt staple anything.

post a review after to help us that have it all to come ok.

goodl uck :)

I'm unsure about stapling the 134 Documents. Hope another member answers.

It looked complete but when I looked again I see NO MENTION of a Letter from your Employer stating wages, income, paystubs, etc. You may have this covered but I seen No Mention of it.

Some of the list contains information not needed but do it anyway. GOOD LUCK Tim/Mav

Thanks guys :)

As Tessa is just working part time at the moment her employer has told her that she can not be supplied with a letter of employment.. However she did give us a phone number which aparntly is the only way to get the information which would otherwise be provided in a letter. I hope this is acceptable as its all they are offering us

I see, alot of employers will not provide that letter from what I seen in the past. TRY AND GET SOMETHING that show any type of currant income whether you have a Co-Sponsor or not. In this case you do. Try and get something.. There has to be Paystubs that show Year to Date Earnings, Letter or not.

Its kind of relif to hear that its not just us who cant provide that letter! We have very recent pay stubs of both my Fiancee and Co-Sponsors also the paystubs show the earning for this current year as well as from that week/month. :) I can only hope this is enough I guess :(

There is NO shame in being under Income Requirements. Thats why your Co-Sponsor is your greatest asset for your approval.

i think it should be ok. while i cant guarantee this there is a good chance that they wont even ask for a co-sponsor and the wage slips should be enough for your fiancee. i do find it strange though that an employer wont take a few minutes just to write a letter but it does seem to be a very common thing now :)

I remember a case ( Not Mentioning the Members Names) who worked for (???) for over 20 years. We all know the name of the HUGE Corporation but refused to give him a letter. In the end, she is in the US and Married. He used his transcripts and recent paystubs and Approved.

Hello! I am the fiancee of James.

I have been viewing this website for months now & decided to make an account! This site is amazing and has helped James & I very much. It is amazing to see so many, thousands of people applying for these types of visas. Love can be found anywhere, it doesn't have to be in your hometown. It just sucks of the processes you have to go through but it's all worth it in the end.

We've had our ups & downs with this road, but we've had a smooth process, thankfully. Now we are near the interview date.

I've read a lot about London and they seem to be a very lenient and understanding Embassy.

Of course I am nervous & scared at the same time. This is always on my mind! But I know that James & I will pull through with it.

If all goes well, James will be in the USA by January 2012 and we're getting married that month!

Thank you all for the support & helping us! This website has answered nearly all of our questions and gave us plenty of relief!

Good luck to you.

This will be enough to be approved. I'd say focus on this and put the other stuff in the back of your folder. From James' list:

For Myself

Birth certificate (Long Form)

Passport with 8 months remaining before expiration?

Police Certificate that says no trace?

Passpost Style Photos x2

Recipts of Interview payment/email

Appointment letter

For My Co-Sponsors because if your fiance doesn't qualify with 100% of poverty level they don't need hers.

I-134

Bank Statements

Tax returns/transcripts last 1 years

W2's last 3 years

Pay stubs or letter would be good

For the I-134 in London, you just need a sponsor--friend, family, or yourself. Your list is like the stricter one for I-864, but the I-134

***Another quick quest I have is do we staple the proof for I-134 together or hand it in a pile?***

Separate will be good because in my case the lady looked at my pile and handed back most of my financial documents and kept one tax return and one letter stating income, saying we don't need this. The interviwing officer never saw it and never discussed it.

I work for a huge corporation with over 400K+ employees, can you imagine if only 1% will ask for a letter like that. They will do nothing else but will write letters.

yeah i understand that it would mean a lot of letters being written for a huge corporation but once one letter is written up on the computer it is only a matter of printing them off and signing in the future... 1 minute of their time maybe??
