Hi VJ Family!

I really need your help please.

My husband is american citizen, and we are going to file my CR1 visa here in Manila USCIS.

he's been living here for almost 3 years and working here as well as a teacher.

What are the requirements eh needs to pass?

does he needs to pass his income tax return? cert of employment? because his salary is only like 30k a month and we are living in a condomium, but he has partime job. and im working as well so we share to pay the bills.

is there a possibility that we may got denied?

does he needs to pass his income tax return? cert of employment?

thank you so much!

GOD BLESS US ALL

GOD IS GREAT!!!

Thankful As Always!!!

He will need to establish a US domicile as well as an income that will continue when you move to the US. If there is no income that qualifies then a joint financial sponsor will be needed.

As others suggested, do your research before beginning the process.
