Hello everyone ! Today I got NOA 2 hard-copy & the petition has been approved !

What should I do ? What documents do I have to send to my fiancé ?

Should I Send him NOA 1 & NOA 2 original too ?

Do I have to send him all original documents or just photocopies ?

Please be as detailed as possible as I'm confused !

Thank youuuuuuuuuuuuu

I don't think you have to send anything.

It's pretty much done, on your end, except for the I-134/affidavit of support.

(Damn! Are they holding the ladies to the same standards as the guys, here, now... with this issue - the affidavit of support?) (Que Bien!)

The packet they are fowarding has all the original documents, etc. you sent in. There is no harm in sending copies of things, but I would hang onto the original NOAs.

Get the 134 done , then make sure you have evidence of a commited and ongoing relationship.

I'm pretty sure you need to send your significant other a copy of the petition you filed along with your original documenation of meeting in person and evidence of ongoing relationship as well as your affadavit of support.

You need to send 3 years of Tax Return to your fiance and I-134F And on going relationship proofs such as emails chat logs call logs skype screen shots Engagement ring receipts pics of engagement letter of intent Notarized statement from your parents and his parents you can also send your fiance copies for the entire package of -129f to be on the safe side in case co is missing any documents
