I have Marriage Certificate in Urdu language(marriage happened in Pakistan). As per form I-130 requirement, I also made English translation from Notary Public.

I am submitting copy of original marriage certificate but confuse with translation.

Do I submit original translated marriage certificate or just the copy of translation.

The statement of accuracy certifies that the translation is correct. The translator can be a company or any person who knows both Urdu and English.

Bring your original marriage license to the interview.

The original statement of authenticity needs to be sent with the I-130. In your case, that's attached to the translated marriage certificate, so yes, you need to send that original document. I would ask the translator for another translation just to have on hand.

I only sent copies of english translation and urdu marriage certificate with the i-130, no originals. I sent the originals to the NVC. Do not send any originals with i-130 because the NVC needs the originals.

Hope: Does NADRA also provide registration document. It is my understanding that nakkah was also registered with agency.

Next is to wait for NOA 2. You should get NOA 1 in about 1-2 weeks. On average NOA 2 takes about 5 months. Visas for Pakistanis can take some time, so I don't see a benefit in delaying the process, but that's up to you. I would take the steps now and when the embassy schedules your interview and it is too soon, then maybe ask for a laterinterview date. That's my suggestion.

I believe it is all up to me to send document NVC as I wish.
