Get them more communications. Send the extra and ALL skype. Then also include any emails. Any postal mails. Any western union you sent him. Also, maybe get some more letters from friends and family on both sides that they know about your relationship and approve and they believe it is a true love marraige. Also include a letter from yourself explaining your relationship, how you first spoke, when you met, how many times you met and include your future plans for raising your family (if you are planning to have kids) or future plans. Where do you see your life with him in 5 years. Maybe explain why you could not wait any longer to get married and that is why you married on the first visit. It may not help. But I would include anything more I want them to look at.

I also work in healthcare and it is not impossible to get time off work. In usa we have family leave act. It is not just for medical. I will be using a 3-6 month leave to go be with my husband soon. They keep your job for 12 weeks but you do not get paid. Anything is possible. It is too late now for you to be at the interview so it does not matter. Hindsight is 20/20.

Good luck

They want to make sure this is a bona fide marriage. You got married on your first meeting which can raise a red flag so they want to see your communications going back awhile, and maybe what you discussed together.

Thank you all so much for the feedback, a little about us, we met online Oct 2010, I spent 14 days in Tunisia with his family in their home, we married second week in Tunisia in their home, we skype every Sat/Sun since I arrived back home, 2 or 3 hours a day, both our families know about marriage, as well as both our workplace, I sent proof he is added to my health insurance, phone bill, electricity, rent lease, I believe they are just wanting to see ongoing relationship, We Love Each Other So Much, and this is very sad today, I have additional question, Please, How do you print skype Logs? Thanks a bunch,

I know how you feel, your problem is you dont have enough communication evidence to send him to go as proof becos you didnt get much time to talk to him. Also you love your partner just that, you dont know how to go about it to give them a communication proof, which i know is hard to find, because if it was easy you wouldnt have posted it here for help. What i will suggest you which i plan doing also is to give them the little evidence you and ask your partner to explain to them, why there has been much evidence more over STRESS ON THIS--> you guys use whatsapp application to chat all the time on the fon, and with that application there is no way u can print your chat. Make it known that the whats app also allow u to leave audio and messages for free. u can find it here www.whatsapp.com try download it, for BB, iphone, touch fon, nokia, sony ericson ect...i hope this works. I know how u feel ok. i also have similar concern, we dont have much communication evidence before we got married cos we were texting, using whats app ect.. my wife was a nurse so she was busy all the time at the same time schooling. Good luck

ohh, thank you so much for reply, yes my husband made it to interview, waited about 1 and half hours, then called back to answer 5 questions, sorry, I not know yet what questions, we are very sad, and need much sleep, we will post soon. no he did not ask how interview was, but they told him all documents I sent where very very thorough, and very good, just missing recent chat logs to show ongoing relations, but as most, we hoped for approval, so we are staying strong, and sending skype logs, with the help of my wonderful daughter, we emailed them to consulate, but of course will be mailing thru post office as well.

Thank you all for your positive feedback!
