I'm finally at that stage where I can put packet 3 together, but I'm unsure of what needs to be sent in and what needs to be brought with me to the interview.

As far as I'm aware the evidence of relationship only has to be presented at the interview but what else? If someone could list what needs to be sent in and what just needs to be taken to the interview I'd really appreciate it.

Petition sent: 12/10/2010

Arrived at service center: 12/14/2010

First NOA: 12/16/2010

Touched: 12/31/2010

Second NOA: 05/24/2011

This is an embassy/consul specific question. Not all embassys/consuls require the same things to be sent in so make sure you listen to people who are using the same embassy as you....

Ok if you received packet 3 you should have sent it on to Michael. He can go to the US consulate site and it tells him everything he needs to fill in and send in for packet 3. DS 230 part 1 and 2, 156, 156k and so on. Copy of his BC passport and so on. It is all on the consulate site and all you the petitioner need to do is send him a signed 134 affidavit of support.. , pay stubs and letter of employment stating, where you work for how long , part or full time and yearly wage. Also a letter from the bank stating how long you have had the account and you can get this from your bank on business letter head same for employment letter.

He can go to Vanessa and Tony's site and she has listed all the Aussies need. He also has to have his medical and get a police report done as well to be sent in with his paperwork.
