Timeline

look at my timeline, I came back from Guadalajara early May this year and have been separated from my husband since that time. waiting time between NOA 1 to NOA 2 around 4-5 months, then days/weeks between getting case number and invoice number and beneficiary ID, submitting affidavits, DS 261 choice of agent and getting approved, then seeing if you get any RFE's. right now we are at the last step of having paid IV bill and submitted already DS 260 so hopefully that'll 3-5 days for them to review and hopefully soon get a case closed.sooo lol right now we are hoping for a January interview and it'll be a 9 month separation.
