We sat on the Bridge for 1 hour and 10 minutes... there is construction and it is like that every day untl about 8 at night!!!

Can someone, who has entered the USA via Port Huron lately, tell me if the bridge's construction is over? I'm going to Canada next Thursday to pick-up my wife and drive back through Port Huron.

I wonder, when I should start driving from Chicago: don't want to spend hours while sitting on the bridge, especially on our way back to Chicago on Friday.

Thanks.

DH and I came back from Canada yesterday. The construction is still there on the Port Huron side but it actually seems they have most lanes open, just redirected. The Canadian side is finished (finally) coming into Sarnia. So glad for our NEXUS cards yesterday. The bridge was backed up to almost the toll booths on Canadian side for those trying to enter the U.S.
