Hmm... you should be getting a call super soon telling you to pick up your passport! When I got a call from them they gave me reference number in the voicemail (NOT the waybill) and they asked for this number when I went to pick it up. I got the phone call shortly after I got an e-mail similar to yours (saying that it's been delivered but is not yet ready to pick up). Of course if it's not too far you can try driving over there and checking it out. I got the phone call about 3 hours after the e-mail so it shouldn't be too long now...

Undeliverable is ready for pickup as far as I know, yeah. Is the Dorval location the one you wanted?

Same thing happened to me. I called and they told me that they couldn't deliver it and I'd have to come get it, which I knew. :)

Awesome, thanks!

The location is only a 15-minute drive from me, but I didn't want to make a trip for nothing OR sit around at home when I could be picking it up!

Hey guys, need some help here and would really appreciate it.

It's 10:15PM now on a Thursday, tomorrow I am scheduled to fly to the States at 3PM. Long story short I was only able to go to the interview for the visa yesterday. I went to the Ottawa US embassy but I'm flying from Montreal and my pickup location is Dorval. So here is what the loomis site says for me:

2012-03-08 17:30 Depart Facility NEPEAN

2012-03-08 17:25 Facility Scan NEPEAN

2012-03-08 17:12 TRANSIT THROUGH LOOMIS FACILITY NEPEAN

2012-03-08 17:08 Picked Up by Loomis NEPEAN

2012-03-08 00:00 Shipment Record Received NEPEAN

My question is: do you think the passport will be available for me to pick up tomorrow morning so I can catch my flight? The email says it will take a couple of days. How long did it take for you? If i can't get it in the morning, Ill have to cancel my flight and write the whole thing off as a big lesson but do you think there's still a chance??

Thanks!
