Okay, just a couple of points I need clarified!

Am I right in thinking that the payment of AOS and IV bills must be paid from America. ie, I have a joint bank with Nick, but im in England. Can I pay it from here?

I believe the police certificate expires. Is it a year from when you received it?

I send IV packet from here, and Nick sends AOS packet from USA, right?

Its amazing how much of this ive forgotten!

Thanks so much for your help!

For the bill payments, it has to be from a US bank account. So, if you have a joint US bank account, then you should be able to pay it from England. All that matters is that the money is coming from a US bank.

The police certificate validity varies by country. I know for Canada it's a year. It might be the same for you, it might not.

And the packages can come from anywhere, as long as they're received, I don't think NVC cares. So you can send the IV package, if you want, to Nick, then he sends it to NVC. Or you can send it directly to NVC. Doesn't matter.

Hi guys,

Amy you should be able to pay your IV and AOS bills from the joint account you have with your husband, as that's exactly what we did. As far as I'm aware the Police Certificate is valid for a year from the date it's issued. Hope this helps! Good luck.
