About k-1 visa, would the embassy allow you the petitioner to go inside with your fiancee and allow you to participate in the interview and will that be good to our advantage?

Most embassy's and consulates do not let eht petitioner in to the interview and then some do and apparently it helps. It would be embassy specific and you would have to ask them first I suppose.

If you look at the following link for Ghana, it shows the petitioner is not allowed at the interview.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Weird, in BF they highly encourage it; they say it gives them a better sense of whether the relationship is real

Actually in Ghana many people have been successful in attending the interview with their SO. Others who have done so can tell you how they did it. I know that in a few cases the beneficiary was asked or either told the CO that the petitioner was outside and they were allowed in and also interviewed.

In the cases that I have seen in Ghana the interviews have been (1) outright approval or (2) return for a second interview. Its really a roll of the dice at the Accra embassy.

Many people will take the US passport of the other party into the interview as evidence of a new visit. The CO will see the person is in country and can send a officer out ( or the interviewee) to get the other party if they want to talk to the couple.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
