I have a friend who wants to get a lady from Thailand here on a K-1. He is filling out the I-129 but does not know the answers to some of the questions about her. He wants to just send her the form and the 325 and let her fill it out. He is worried though that she might not be able to fill out the forms because maybe she can not read English.

Is there anyone in Bangkok that can assist a Thai lady to fill out the 325 and her half of the I-129?

Why wouldn't your friend be interested in gathering the information for himself? On the phone or in a chat session? They are pretty basic questions. If they can't communicate well enough to answer those questions then the interview may be a bit stressful trying to demonstrate a bona fide relationship.

I think they do have a problem communicating. And they do not chat as he does not use a computer.

the G-325 and I-129 contain very basic items that a couple should know about one another. Mother and Father's names, addresses, places of birth for everyone. Shouldn't be that difficult to complete.

There will be other items of information that they will be seeking that will test the genuine nature of your relationship.

They don't. How on earth will she pass the interview without personal knowledge and details about the petitioner if the CO decides to go there?

I've got to agree with the others. If they can't communicate well enough for him to help her to fill out the form... something is very wrong here.

Have they met in person yet?
