Copy of Spouse's Certificate of Naturalization (as I am applying for naturalization on the basis of marriage to U.S. citizen)

Copy of Spouses's Driving License

Copy of Marriage Certificate

Copy of Tax Returns (2010, 2009 & 2008)

Copy of 2 Bank Accounts (one from 2008 and one from 2011)

Copy of Mortgage Statements (one from 2008 and once from 2011

Copy of son's birth certificate

I did pretty much the same, just I used DH's birth cert since he was born in the US, added both our military IDs, a utility bill and insurance receipts for our joint cars and well we have two kids so two birth certs I didn't add our driver's licences since a) I have lost mine and only have a paper replacement card from the state of CA until I can renew in December and b) we have different addresses on there since DH has his mom's office address on there and never bothered to change it (it's the same since he was 16). So instead I used our military IDs. Plus, having a mortgage together pretty much trumps having the same DL's address methinks.... And kids together... Pretty solid

permanent resident card front and back,copy of your naturalization or a copy of your us passport bio page,tax transcripts for the last 3 years,birthcertificate of children,on the check put your name address phone num.on the back of the check put your alien number.you need to file the G-1145 e.notification form. and be sure to put that on the very top of your file first.your file looks o.k
