Thanks you guys :star: appreciate it... Was a little concerned about our lack of mortgage/lease so put in a lot of other evidence to try and compensate.

Congrats on the house  That's awesome...

We're hoping to buy one next year... :)

Are you filing at the CA service Center? Wonder if our cases will move at the same speed again this time?

I'm doing good, just getting hysteric about the I-751 (nothing changes...)

And yes Marie, CA center it is! I am preparing our package, and will send everything on November 7th (February 3rd is the expiration date, November 5th is the 90 days prior).

Seems we'll be together again for this one...

And since we're sharing, here is what I've got for evidence...

I hope I will have enough evidence, as we don't share bank account.

What we have (other than the I-751, cover letter and GC photocopy and well, 590$...):

Joint tax transcripts for 2009 & 2010

Mortgage statement with both our names

Mortgage deed as husband & Wife as tenant by the entirety

Statements from 1 shared saving account

Statements from 1 shared credit card account

Car & Owner insurance in both our name

Statement that I am on my husband medical insurance

Utility bills split between us both (Water, sewer, electricity, gas, comcast...)

Statement that my husband is my beneficiary on my life insurance and 401k

Photobook with pictures of us at weddings, holidays and wrestling events with tickets (hides)

What I can not produce:

Joint checking account (we manage our income separately... Otherwise I would drive my husband to divorce!!!)

Drivers license (we haven't changed our addresses yet...)

Things I could add:

Pay Stubs showing address

Affidavit (but I don't want to bother with that if I do not have too..)

Your list looks great! The mortgage documents are worth a lot as evidence I think, it's a big deal buying a house together. I'm sure that should make for a smooth approval  I was kindof concerned about not having a joint lease or mortgage, so added a lot of little stuff so they can stlll hopefully still tell it's real :star:

Hoping to send ours off November 7th too, if I can get the package together in time. My school and work schedule is kind of crazy but it's only going to get busier as the semester progresses so the sooner this is sent off the better. My card expires Feb 4th...

Immigration makes me anxious... but not as bad as last time... Can't wait to be done, planning to do citizenship next year then no more immigration paperwork ever
