On the NOA2, above the beneficiary's name is an A number. Is that the alien registration number? Do we put that number on question no. 6 of the I-864 then? Thanks!

Incorrect. This is NOT always true. Trust ONLY the K1 NOA2. The number on the visa can sometimes be the petitioners (if they're naturalised USCs). Sometimes there's a typo. Again, trust ONLY the K1 NOA2.

It probably is. Thanks! :)

In your case I would think CR-1 NOA2.
