My fiance recieved Packet 3. She says she will send to me what I need to do. However, she had a surgery and wont be able to walk for a few weeks.

What will I need to do for Packet #3? I want to start working on it as soon as I can. Thanks...ps...I live in USA.

Sorry. I just did a post on this awhile ago and it hasnt shown up.

So, my fiance is in China. She did receive packet 3. She had a surgery and cant walk for a few weeks. She said when she can walk, she will send me sonmething to fill out? What do I need to do from USA for packet 3? I sent her all oif my financilas aout 6 months ago. So, I want to continue to be as prepared as possible. Pleas advise: thanks so much....todd

You need to look up China embassy specific to see what you need to send her as each country is different.

Divorced !st November 2012.

This is the forms and packets page from the Consulate website.

You may want to consider sending updated financials.

P3 calls for a completed DS-230, you can fill that out and send it to her (she will sign Part I, but she will not sign Part II per form instructions).

You need to fill out the I-134. Whatever you sent 6 month ago is somewhat outdated. You want to obtain most recent informaiton.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

DS-230??? I filled it out and it asked for SPOUSE and date of marriage? I still need a DS-230 foir K1 Fiance Visa? If yes, do I just put a "N/A where it says Spouse and Date of Marriage"? Thanks.....todd

For the P3, only Part I of the DS-230 needs to be completed (it's in the instructions I took from the Consulate website that I linked to previously).

For the spouse questions on it, write NONE for name of spouse and then all the other spouse questions write N/A.
