I remember seeing one K3. I didn't even see her leaving, I think she was the first to be interviewed. It was very fast.

I think there were CR1's and they were interviewed even faster and by the time the started doing our interviews, there were only K1s in the room.

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

Oi meninas!!! Ate que enfim cheguei aqui em BH. Depois do dia que fui entrevistada, dia 26, muitas coisas aconteceram!

O consul que me entrevistou, Willian, eh muito bonzinho, muito mesmo! A minha entrevista estava indo bem ate que ele comecou a me perguntar sobre a minha ultima vez nos EUA e foi aih que as coisas comecaram a piorar! Ele me disse que poderia me dar um waiver para preencher ali naquele momento, ou eu poderia voltar la no dia seguinte, para que depois que ele estudasse meu caso melhor ele tomasse uma decisao. Na hora que ele estava me entrevistando, ele entrou na sala deles e ficou conversando com mais duas mulheres pedindo opiniao sobre meu caso, e eu la quase morrendo! Bom, voltei para o hotel arrasada, me sentindo pessima. Acho que todo mundo conseguiu visto naquele dia e eu fui a unica que nao conseguiu. Pelo que pude ver nos nos deseperramos a toa mesmo! Tudo da certo para aqueles que nao tem nehum problema anterior e para aqueles que possuem um relacionamento verdadeiro e nao mentem!

Bom, voltei na quarta as 11 horas, tive problemas para entrar e depois que conseguir entrar finalmente, esperei uns 50 minutos e o consul me chamou. Ele conversou um pouco conosco, falou que tinha mandado um e-mail para Washington, sobre meu caso e estava esperando uma resposta deles, que ate entao nao tinha decidido ainda sobre nosso caso. ( Eu nao acreditei no que estava ouvindo)! O lado bom foi que ele falou que nossa situacao estava se tornando melhor, mas que ele tinha entendido que realmente ele tinha visto e estava claro sobre meu erro na ultima temporada nos EUA. Falou para que nos voltassemos no dsia seguinte pela manha, que com certeza ele teria uma reposta para nos dar e que nos podiamos marcar nossa passagem para voltar para BH. La fomos nos hoje de manha e depois de muito esperar, aquela mulher loira que checa nossa documentacao me chama para falar que eles ainda nao tinham uma resposta!! Fiquei sem chao e sem acreditar que minha agonia nao tinha acabado ali! Ela pediu para que eu deixasse meu passaporte e pagasse a taxa para envio pelo correio, pois caso meu visto fosse aprovado ou negado ela me enviaria. Perguntei se eles podiam me ligar dando uma posicao e ela falou que nao, entao perguntei se podia ligar e ela falou que sim. As 15:00 liguei e depois de esperar 28 minutos me atenderam. Dai falei: Estive aih hoje cedo e estou ligando para saber se tenho uma posicao sobre meu visto. Ela pediu meu nome e me pediu para aguardar, qdo ela voltou no telefone disse: Seu visto sera emitido!!!! Nao acreditei no que estava ouvindo e desliguei mais do que depressa! Depois de 3 dias indo ao consulado, numa total angustia e agonia, tudo finalmente tinha chegado ao fim!!! Bom, mas estou tao traumatizada que so vou acreditar mesmo qdo meu passaporte estiver aqui, e eu ver meu visto la!!! Amanha o David vai ligar e perguntar novamente, so para termos certeza!!!! Eh isso menina, todo meu esforco, minhas oracoes e pensamento positivo de todos que estavam torcendo por mim foi recompesado!!!! Beijo a todas e volto aqui depois para contar o final da novela!!!!

Puts, que notícia boa!! Mesmo com tanto sofrimento, valeu!!

Parabéns.

Eu queria uma ajuda de vcs. Sobre o I134, questão 11.

Minha noiva colocou que DO NOT INTEND a fazer special contribuitions para mim. Ela foi instruída pelo advogado (que não entende nada) a fazer isso.

Quero saber de vcs se estou com problemas ou se alguém já passou por isso.

Ai Jana!!! Que bom!!! No dia da entrevista eu e a Mew estavamos super aflitas que a sua estava demorando, e daí entrei pra minha e quando saí vc já tinha ido embora! Estava pensando quando vc ia aparecer pra nos dar alguma notícia e apesar da confusão e demora, a notícia é excelente!!!

Yay!!! Now it's official! The trio got their visas!!! A mew pegou o dela hoje e espero que o meu esteja vindo pra serra de Sedex, e o seu indo pra Bel Zonte logo!!

Ah, só pra contar um fatinho. :P Hoje entrei em casa e vi um envelope do consulado em cima da mesa, pensei, hmmm, com certeza não é o visto porque vem naqueles envelopes plásticos e talz. Daí pensei, PUTZ, deu zebra no meu visto! Abri o envelope correndo e lá estava ... outro Packet 4. :P A Jana não recebe nenhum e eu recebo DOIS! :lol: Até conferi o appointment letter pra ter certeza que não tinham marcado OUTRA entrevista. :P
