we are planning on staying here in the philippines.

It's our plan but it might be change. As for now, we are enjoying our days here :). Planning things ahead like the schools for the boys.

hi.. our K1 visa too needed to be returned to USCIS. by the way, did u get any result now? i see that u r already married. here in the Philippines? or in the U.S?

Hello Phladetroit, Thank you for the best wishes.. :) :) we haven't heard anything from the USCIS. We didn't bother to contact and inquire about our returned petition. We are living here in the Philippines right now, and as of now we don't have plan yet to when we will process for another paper. And yes we are already married. We contacted our lawyer that if ever He will receive any notice from the USCIS to let us know about it then. We are planning to just abandon the processed paper since it doesn't applied to us now because we are married. But I keep checking the status online in the USCIS site. GOD bless you too as well!! Keep the faith and be strong.!!
