Filling I-130 having problem answerings some questions

In the question 16 of the I130 Form, they ask this:

Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings? i do not know how to answer that question it is by a Yes or a No because in 2009 i had a US citizen Fiance, we started the K1 application, but i found her cheating, i asked her to cancel the process, which she did. Now, how am i suppose to answer the 16 question? Thank you for your help i am currently filling it

Immigrations proceedings means basically have you ever had any problems with US immigrations. been detained, deported, a hearing before a judge etc. Think of it as Is there anything that would cause your name to come up in our system. A withdrwn K-1 petition won't be an issue.

Oh ok I will choose " No" because i have never had any problem with immigrations. Nowq the questions 21 how can i answer it.

21. If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together ( include street province).

For this specific question, my wife had come July 26th and marry me July 30th. We spent 2 weeks together and she left for the US august 9th. Can i give the address where we been together for 2 weeks or just put N/A or None? thank you for your assistance

A proper way to answer that question would be "We have not yet lived together." This is what I put on my petition and it was approved with no issues.

Like Ryan H, we answered "just married, never lived together, visits only". We had no problems with that.

They are referring to the current relative for which the I-130 is being filed, not "any relative" or any fiancee. However there is another question that asks about YOU filing any previous petitions.
