should send the letter to the senator ?

If you want an answer, then yes, absolutely. Senator Boxer, right? Senator Feinstein is up for election this year, and the primary is a ten days away, so her office might be distracted. Call her local office first, to get a point of contact, and how to proceed. You don't want to waste too much time writing letters back and forth.

Good Luck Joker, hopefully they do a better job then ours did. It was pretty much a waste of time for us.

Ontarkie: you are well passed the 120 days, have you inquired about your case again?

Not yet. I'm not sure what I should do anymore. The e-request said I was approved, but then the senator office just said basically to wait as they do more checks before the oath, the she says the next oath in Little Rock AR isn't till July 13th. I'm just confused I guess.

I don't know if Little Rock is best option for you and I don't know what the driving time would be if you make another Infopass appointment to have an IO check your file, but perhaps they could schedule you for the Oath already. At least you would know and you would have a date confirmed. It's a very long time that you have been waiting already and someone must understand. I keep saying that my case is a mess, but it turned out excactly as I wanted it.

Joker69 - USCIS has up to 120 days to make a decision. I know that's bad. For what its worth, read this forum

I keep rooting for you amigo. I am sorry they have kept you waiting and hanging like this.
