I am pretty much in the same boat as you....No bio, placed in line on 11/28, yellow letter 12/22, no update since...Comon Baltimore

Same exact story here. Even the dates, I think...

10/10/07 - I-129F sent to VSC

04/30/08 - POE Newark

07/06/08 - Wedding..... I'm Married Yall!!!

I130 for Minor Child

7/26/12 - Sent to Chicago Lockbox

7/30/12 - Priority date

3/15/13 - NOA2!!!!!!!

3/25/13 - NVC received my case

4/08/13 - Emailed ds3032 template

4/09/13 - NVC case number and IIN number generated

4/11/13 - aos fee bill invoiced/paid/and pkg sent

4/12/13 - aos fee paid again after being rejected/ds3032 resent and accepted

4/15/13 - aos pkg delivered/iv bill invoiced and paid

4/16/13 - iv pkg sent express mail/ aos status changed to paid

4/17/13 - iv pkg delivered/ iv status changed to paid.

4/29/13 - Case Complete!

5/10/13 - Interview notice emailed.

okay, wow... Wishful thinking I guess.... I think we are exempt from biometrics. I just received notification that I am in line for interview scheduling.

Hi everyone!!

Sorry I did not post earlier. Just wanted to share my experience and hapiness with you. I got my interview today. It took 10 min maximum. The IO was very friendly and knowligeble. He askes me:

1. Did you ever register to vote in federal elections? No

2. Did you and husband file taxes? Yes

3. What proves did you bring to show me that you are still in ongoing relationship? I showed 2 checking accounts and 2 credit cards and was ready to submit more but he said: That's good enough for me.

Read a sentance, wrote - California is the state with most people. And answered correctly 6 questions - dont remember all:

1. The head of the exacutive branch

2. Who becomes president if current president is no longer...

Then the officer made a copy of my passport and told me: Congratulations, I will approve your case! :)))

In about 40 min later they give all of us, passed the exam, the appointment letters for the Oath Ceremony next week.

That's it. I'm done!

Good luck to all of you and relax, be cool, it will be alright!!!

BTW, I also received the yellow letter, IO did not mentioned it.

Guys,

I was in the same situation, was waiting in line for the interview for 2 months, finally got my fingerprints done on Friday and now just waiting. I kind of gave up on chasing this situation and will just wait. Even at ASC they told me that some cases are like this.

I am still frustrated with the fact that INS told me that i didnt have to do the fingerprints, made me wait all this time and then sent a note that my fingerprint card got expired. I dont even know when my interview will come :crying:

Same exact story here. Even the dates, I think...

10/06/2011: Documents sent to Dallas

10/17/2011: Received NOA (dated: 10/14/2011)

11/01/2011: Status change: Testing and Interviewing

12/08/2011: Yellow Letter received (dated: 12/06/2011)

01/06/2012: Status Change!!!: Initial Testing and Interviewing

(Day 117) 05/30/12: Picked up Certificate of Citizenship at USCIS local office Chicago.

AOS Journey K1-K2

(Day 1) 04/20/08: Application sent.

(Day 73) 07/02/08: EAD,AP Approved!

(Day 108) 08/05/08: AOS Approved!

(Day 114) 08/11/08: 2 years GC received.

ROC Journey K1-K2

(Day 1) 05/09/10: Application sent.

(Day 129) 09/14/10: ROC Approved!

(Day 135) 09/20/10: 10 years GC received.

Naturalization Journey

(Day 1) 10/02/11: Application sent.
