i just want to know

what are the possible questions? (really nervous about this, i might misinterpret or something)

what are the necessary identity/relationship evidences that we should bring?

do i need to bring my school records like TOR?

and is it highly possible to fail it?

How old are you? When my stepchildren interviewed in Bangkok (at ages 5, 6, and 10) for their K-4 visas, they were asked two questions:

Is this your mother (Rin and I were there for the interview)?

and,

Do you want to go to the USA?

Had records for our marriage and their birth certificates to prove stepchild relationship.

If you've never done anything illegal, passed the medical, establish the relationship to the petitioner (and that it still exists); it would be difficult to not pass...

i'm 18, its just us on the interview, our parents are in USA.

so basically, we haven't met our stepdad but online(skype).

do you think that they'll ask us about the whole relationship like the date of their marriage, etc. and all about our stepdad

we might miss some questions.. cause you know, there are still lots of things we dont know about him

My 3-yr old daughter is scheduled for interview on October 20. Since I cannot attend her interview, I went to D.C. to get a notarized/red ribboned authorization letter for my sister to accompany my daughter. Her step-father filed the petition and USCIS put her under IR-2 category. I am also anxious about the possible questions they might ask her or maybe my sister(?). I submitted all the documents including our marriage certificate and will ask my sister to bring some photos of my daughter and husband during his visit in 2009. Since hers is ahead of you, I will post how the interview go.
