Remember, send them as much as you can... or you might end up like me, sent in the I-751 10 days after the GC expiration, responded to an RFE which was received 2 weeks later and now, being transfered to local field office for most likely an interview, not because I was unlucky but you just don't know what they are going to do...

Meh, I haven't slept for almost 72 hours now and my wife is start to think I lost my mind...

Sorry to hear that!! I'd be scared of an interview too after reading some of the horror stories...I know it would go fine, but my head would just be full of scenarios gone wrong right up until the interview!! Best of luck! I'm sure you will be fine!

Did you include joint credit cards? And did the bank accounts cover the whole two year period?

For all the financials we sent a couple for each year covering the two year period. For the photos we printed about 20 onto normal paper with captions saying where and when - they also spanned the two year period and included a variety of our relatives in them too - so my parents - his parents etc

Car titles?

Pensions showing each other as beneficiary

Health insurance documents?

And at this point it might not hurt to include a couple more notarized affidavits from family/friends who know you well and are part of your lives. I was going to get my mother-in-law whose farm we live on, and our closest couple friends to do one if we had got an RFE.

Thanks for the list of ideas!! We are visiting his parents this weekend, I will make sure we get some cutesey family photos where my husband and I are both in the shot! And print out all my life insurance/retirement info again!

I think the reason they asked for more evidence is that I didnt submit bank statements covering the span of the relationship, just current statements- oops! I guess it wasn't clear to me from their letter, and I didn't research it on here thinking we were home free!

I am sure you will do just fine.

They do use the CD's as i sat in my interview and watched him put it in and run it through a virus check first, which is what he told me was standard proceedure.

Good Luck

When did you file Steve D ?

Well I filed middle of June, 12 days after my Conditional GC expired, I did include a written explanation, and you can refer the rest to a post I posted a few days ago: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/331996-i-751-relocated-to-local-office-for-adjudication/

Oh my. I sought advise from an immigration lawyer and he said to send in last 3 mos of bank statements. He said that old statements are irrelevant. GRRRR. I want to get a refund from that lawyer
