He knows now hehe I stayed up til he woke up!

I don't have a house phone and I can't call his number from my cell so we can only really talk on skype >.< I got the paper copy in the mail today!!

Filed for my removal of conditions this week! I really can't believe its been almost two years since we got married! The filing period came up so fast, but at least this time the packet was easy to pull together. Got the NOA1 for it today, so now life carries on as normal while we wait for my ten year card :)

Holy effing #######, just checked my email and discovered an email from USCIS saying my EAD card production has been ordered :DEAD and scheduled for Greencard interview all in one week, been a good week :D

Finally time for AOS.......

12/07/11 Sent AOS package

12/09/11 AOS package delivered

12/14/11 Received NOA for I-485 and I-765 (we're not applying for AP)

12/22/11 Received letter for Biometrics

01/04/12 Biometrics in Phoenix

01/31/12 Received email update from USCIS saying that we've been scheduled for an interview

02/03/12 Got an email saying card production had been ordered for my EAD...now just to wait for the card...

02/09/12 Received email saying EAD card has been sent

02/13/12 Received EAD card :D :D :D :D

03/06/12 Interview in Phoenix :).....Approved :D

Does everyone have a Greencard interview? if so, what kind of stuff do they ask you?

No not everyone does. If you came in on a K1 you may not have an interview. AOS from vistor, student etc WILL have an interview, for sure.

What they ask depends on how difficult your case is. Usually they will ask the yes/no questions from the forms again (do you do drugs etc etc).

How long ago did you apply for AOS ?

My NOA was 15th of December, everythings in my signature and my timeline also :) I wasn't expecting to get it that quick though, there are still people waiting that filed before i did.

As for interviews......what Vanessa said, lol

Lucky, I am one of those who filled in November and still awaiting. Although we did get a RFE for a document we forgot to include. Hope to hear soon.
