Need Help Regarding K-1

Timeline

I need to know that what ever documents my Fiancee sent to USCIS being a Beneficiary if i copy all those documents and take them on the day of interview will it turn out to be Helpful cos i just wanna avoid any

error let me know thanks

I don't know about what the requirements are in Pakistan, but you don't need to take your 129-F package to your interview. It is not mandatory. However, it can be helpful to take everything in case the consulate misplaces your documents or the CO tries to give you a hard time. There is no such thing as over-prepared for this process.

08/30/2014: Sent package to Lockbox

09/02/2014: Package Received in Chicago

09/05/2014: Received NOA1 (Extension letter for 1 year)

11/30/2014: Called USCIS, Biometrics appointment not received yet. Appointment letter never delivered to correct address.

12/05/2014: Finally receive Biometrics appointment letter in the mail.

12/30/2014: Biometrics taken in El Paso, Texas ASC

05/08/2015: Approval notice received by email and text

05/10/2015: Approval notice received by mail

05/15/2015: GC in hand

-RoC processed at Vermont, approved in 248 days

Ditto. We made copies of everything just in case the CO loses or misplaces our documents.

It's Pakistan. Don't risk it, just take a copy of the I129 application, plus all the required documentation, and you should be fine.

More is better than less. If the officer for some reason needs to refer to something and doesn't have access to it.. you will, so, I say go for it.

Being prepared is half the battle :)

Thanks bro i have a good preparation even more than enough evidences we both even have tatoo on our body of our names apart from all evidences i had my lawyer emailed me all documents which she sent to USCIS i will make a copy of all and take them with me thanks for your help much appreciated
