Hi All

I had my interview in in Amman 22-Jun-2011 , and they said to me All thing is good , but you will wait some time and gave me green paper to tell me about the administrative processing :(

I am waiting from 91 days , and there's nothing in them site . :(

Of course I send to embassy many time and my wife too , and they said it takes 5 month in

I told them "My wife In USA From 01-Sep-2010 , Because she has studying" !!!!!!! the embassy said sorry for you but we can't do anything !!!

Anyone here have this problem ???!!!!

This is probably better suited for the AOS from family visas forum as you are adjusting from a K-1, hopefully a moderator will see it and move it. Good luck.

Administrative review is a common thing during this process. My fiancée was also under AP for almost a month. There is no any time that the AP could be finished. The embassy could take as much time as they need to finish the AP. For individuals from the countries that have ties with the terrorist, the AP takes more than other countries. I think Jordan is one of those countries. Your name will be checked by FBI. The other thing, the Embassy will never tell you until they finish the process. They even never tell you at what stage is the AP. The only time you will hear from them is when they finish the AP and reach the decision. Hang on and the time will be there.

Good luck

***** Moving from AOS to AP forum as OP has not arrived in the USA yet and will not do AOS, as a CR-1 visa leads to immediate greencard upon entry. *****
