I received this e-mail today recap from my fiancee interview last May 18, 2011 and the outcome from the interview was pending until consular makes decisions. What u all think of this e-mail from the consular. Are we going to have another interview scheduled? It had been four months since his interview? I do not want to lose hope but I am hoping if they will send him for another interview I will fly to Cairo to give him the support. Thank you all for being there for me with our VJ.

If they do schedule him for another interview it will be longer than the first one and they will ask him many more questions. He will need to know all about you, your kids, your ex-husband and anything else you can think of.

Send him with pictures, letters from friends and family, new emails, chat logs, phone records and it would be great if you could be there. My husband was called for a second interview and it was very long and difficult.

Did you, or him, request another invterview? It sounds like a computer generated answer. However, if they are about to schedule an appointment, please make every effort to go. Ask friend and family to donate miles for your plane ticket, get creative and try to generate some income... make it happen! Good luck!

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.

The USC can accompany the beneficiary to the interview. Worst case scenario, the CO will ask the USC to wait outside.

Thank you all for the support. I hope this is what it is for a second interview. I sent a letter to the Ambassador in Cairo, the Consular General, and to our Senator in the state I live in. I do not know if this will help us out but I will try in anyway I can to help him. I will be there for him this time for the second interview if this is what this e-mail for. I am not sure how long the wait for the second interview but we will see hopefully all the letters i have sent will help us out.

I send them an e-mail and did not ask for an interview I ask them why we have not heard from them and I want an answer WHY. I called them but to no avail they do not answer their phone. During the telephone call any correspondence concerning the visa after the interview they want you to send them an e-mail included your Case number this is how i was able to get an answer from them.

When I call, I let the phone ring and ring until they do answer. Once, the phone rang over 50 minutes. Do not hang up. Wait until they answer. Be tenacious!

Good luck!
