Hey everyone,

I am trying to get an idea of where the VSC is at these days, I have been looking that the CR-1 visa timelines and seeing a lot of people getting who sent there 1-130 around the same time I did(July 21st). Getting a NOV2 in 30-60 days, I am at 54 days and we are still in "initial review". There are also many people who submitted before me and got their approval already, if you are one of these people did you do anything special? Also, if anyone knows where VSC is with I-130s I would really love an update, we know this process will be quick we just want to get a better idea of how much longer we are going to have to wait! There are also those who filed in Feb/March but are still waiting for their approvals. The average wait for an approval is 5 months.. but it could be longer or shorter. Some people get lucky; others, not so much. We waited 140 days for our approval from VSC.

Always better to expect it to take longer than drive yourself crazy when it ends up taking longer than you expected. It will come when you least expect it.

my sister file i130 on november 23 and still wait for the approval i wish for you the best and for everyone who wait for the approval.
