That was Ukrainian, which I do not speak either but I knew THAT much. In Russian it is spelled with an "o", there is no "i" in Russian. Maybe that is why you were confused Charles.

Anything you are seeing anywhere (since USCIS does not list a progress report of all petitions) is nothing more than some private list dependent on the participation of the people using it. It is in no way scientific and trying to draw any conclusions from it is a fool's errand.
