My husband's interview is scheduled for October 18, 2011. I sent him pages and pages of tmobile and rebtel phone records, text messages, and yahoo messenger chats. We only received an email stating when the appointment was, and what he needs to bring, is there a website for him to download the forms for the medical exam, he is going to get it done next week or is the consulate going to send him the forms? Also if someone could provide me with a list of possible interview questions it would be much appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Have him go to The Children's Practice. He is guaranteed to get his papers under 3days unless the Lab results need further confirmatory test.I am sure he will also get his Police certificate as well. He needs 2Passport Photographs for the Medical exams,International Passport & =N=21000. The police report he needs 1passport photograph and =N5000 naira with his international passport .

As for the interview questions...he should know everything about you and your immediate family. He should even know the colleges your parents attended. People have been asked these questions in the past.

FORMS:

1.http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/108128.pdf

2.http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/82063.pdf

Here is a link to some sample questions:

1. http://www.***removed***/visas/kvisa/sample-interview-questions.html

Another format from an actual interview:

- Who is the petitioner

How did you meet?

How is Mr-X related to you?

Why would she introduce you to someone who is out of the country?

When you talk, what do you talk about?

What did he tell you about America?

What else did he tell you about America?

What did he do last Saturday?

When did you first meet in person?

How long did he spend when he visited

Why would you marry someone you have spent only xx weeks with?

Has he been married before?

When did he get separated from his ex-wife? When their divorced was finalized?

Why did it take so long between their separation and the finalization of the divorce?

When do you plan to travel?

Where are you going to have the wedding? And what type of wedding?

What’s the name of the Church?

What’s the name of the Pastor that will conduct the wedding?

Is he schooling in America? What is the name of his school?

When you get to America, do you intend to go to school? Which course do you intend to study?

Have you done a traditional marriage?

Has your fiancee paid the dowry to your family?

Did you do an introduction?

Does he have any kids? How old? Whats the name?

Do you have any pictures? (she looked at the ones provided)

Good Luck on your upcoming interview Lady t.

My hubby didn't take any forms to the medical, mainly because I could not find the correct form. They were provided at the hospital when he went to his medical. Also in the package did you include pictures, copies of NVC and USCIS forms? Basically everything you sent to NVC and USCIS during your journey.

FORMS:

1.http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/108128.pdf

2.http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/82063.pdf

She won't need these forms as they are for K-1 Visas, she is going for a CR-1/IR-1 Visa.

Lagos has been super tough on the communication records. Make sure to have lots of them, with the company headers and highlight the ones between the two of you.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Try bt-store.com. What is his intended POE, was going to suggest Arik Air if it was New York.

Did you also send an updated letter of intent? We also included letters from our families stating that they approve of our marriage and support us in it.

Thanks I will check this out too. I would like his POE to be Atlanta, but looks like New York will be it

I believe CR-1/IR-1 don't need Letters of Intent...someone correct me if I am wrong. Letters from U.S. family members are a good idea.
