Hi, My husband is american and im pinay, were both converted into muslim and got married, we stay in UAE for 4 yrs, married for 3 and half yrs, when we got married we didnt submit any requirements, so its legal then bec. i sued it as husband visa, we travel to europe last yr., now he told me he was divorce but then he doesnt hv any proof of that, now we are here in the P.I. Is our muslim marriage is legal?..Can we use it when we apply for a spouse visa? since he doesnt have any proof of his divorce so people were telling me our wedding is null and void, same with my annulment, that i got my annulmetn last yr. only...So then he wants to go to the US first and file his divorce, we got the ex wife signed already, all he needs to do is to file it to the court..Now my question is: When he got to US, He's planning to apply Kvisa for us and my son?..Can we use it?..since our marriage is null and void?...thanks and more power to VJ

Sounds like he committed Polygamy, what does your Lawyer say?
