Hi, I called nvc earlier, and I ask about the update of our case, they said they received our ds 230 the other day and it seems theres no problem in it. Is this mean it got approved and theres no rfe in the future??? And we had an rfe(aos) last week, we already send it thru usps and it got there sept 14th, but the operator says they did not find it and i have to wait another 20 days??? Is this real? hope not ^^

08.20.11- Case No. assign/IIN (AVR) 37 days from NOA2

08.23.11- receives DS 3032/AOS fee bill

08.24.11- Pay AOS Bill/ Sends the DS 3032 thru email

08.25.11- DS 3032 Accepted/AOS bill is paid

08.27.11- Received IV-Fee Bill

08.27.11- Pay IV-Fee Bill

08.29.11- Sends AOS via USPS

08.30.11- IV- Fee Bill shows Paid

09.02.11- NVC received our AOS packet

09.08.11- Send IV packet

09.08.11- Received checklist RFE on AOS

09.12.11- RFE docs sends via usps

09.15.11- NVC got our IV packet and saying theres no problem in it.

you could get an RFE until the time you get a sign in fail or case complete message when you call the NVC. Although it does sound that things are good...I don't want to bring your spirits down. It is just a fact that you are not quite in the clear now...but getting really close. Good luck!

I called NVC yesterday and they need the original birth certificate. Do you know how long to wait for the RFE in email? Once they received the mailed back RFE, how long do they take to process? Thanks!

Thanks for your response, yeah thats what I think, until i get a sif that's the time i can really breath lol. NVC stage is the most stressful in the visa process, but I'm not complaining I still think were lucky enough where here and almost done with nvc. ^^

we are there with ya, we got 2 rfes one on each package, both were received 10th and 12th respectively, now its just back to the horrible waiting game i guess, good luck, they told us they had recieved them an to allow 20days, so heres hoping!

Yeah I called the avr and its still the same message with our rfe before, I'm hoping next week they will update it. Goodluck also to you. I'm thinking we can't get an october interview:'(

Just to let you know guys, I got CC on the 19th , and now back to the waiting game again for an interview date.
