I read the requirements at the CFO website for the seminar is 2 picture ID's. My fiance does not have a GSIS card, no Postal ID, no SSS card, but does have an expired Student ID and her Passport. I am hoping they will be usable. I have emailed the CFO and PRISM for clarification but have not gotten a reply. Anyone who thinks they have the answer or knows of an acceptable ID we can get in 2 weeks please chime in. Also an earlier post of this "Parental Advise" is interesting. Anyone know if it is required? I love the thought of traveling 12 hours in the province to get a document from her mother (whom I have already met) and try to get a document notarized when she doesn't even have any ID. Oh how we love Philippine paperwork.

her passport should be good enough. expired ID is obviously not acceptable. re postal id, you can get it within a week. i got mine in 3 days. but like i said, her passport will do.

Followup....found out she has a Philhealth card but still no reply from CFO email. Any advise out there would be appreciated.

Good day! As long as she have an original copy of her birth certificate and NBI Clearance she will be okay. I finished my CFO Guidance Counseling last Sept. 2,2011..They won't accept Postal ID. Hope this help.

If she is below a certain age... She will need written travel approval from her parents. Just a handwritten and signed letter

was all the CFO required. Just state we give our daughter approval to travel to the USA for the purpose of marriage.

Note: If you look at my Photos. There is a scan (albeit from 2009) of the CFO requirements in Quezon City

Regards,
